This photo of me was taken in Thetford UK at the Church for the switching on of the christmas lights Dec 2nd 2011. The Church presented a lovely opportunity to dress up in the Spirit of Christmas. My high school mascot is the Trojan with colours of blue and white and amazingly a Trojan costume was found. I thank the good hearted and friendly people at www.getinthepicture.org.uk. I had a wonderful time, I was made to feel welcome. I enjoyed the cakes, tea and coffee. This photo shall always be treasured for it not only represents the spirit of Christmas to me but the Trojan spirit of my classmates that are life long. I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
There are good people in this world and bad. There are people out there that think they know it all however, it this were true the world would not be in such a state. The animal kingdom would not be suffering and no animals would be destroyed either if man was properly accepting liability and responsibility.
There are animals going extinct and animals being abused. The animal kingdom needs preserving and there are those in the world such as myself dedicating their time and life to care for animals which are far from being wealthy. There are people in the world like myself who love and care for animals ie Bridget Bardot, the difference being I've not made a fortune to work to the extent she does. This does does NOT stop me from fulfilling and performing my dream for the love of animals by owning several dogs.
If I was a registered charity known UK wide I'd be helped for certain but In order to register as a charity organisation an annual turnover must be achieved of no less than 5,000 pounds a year. I believe there are enough world wide organisations in existence but not enough that actually home dogs for life. If there were enough animal homes which homed dogs for life then the Battersea Dogs Home in London,UK would not have destroyed as of October 2010 (for the year 2010) 3,500 dogs.
My dream and goal has always been not to run an animal adoption home but to care for animals all myself for their entire lives and as many as possible. Too many people have no time for anything these days, too many couldn't careless, too many are unfriendly, too many are either naive, ignorant or blind, too many dont have homes with adequate garden facilities as so many homes are built on top of each other these days.
I am a person who gives my life to animals completely as they are loyal, faithful, devoted creatures, wanting routine and the same home for life. If you are reading this then I hope you have gathered I have more faith, love and trust in animals than I do in my own species that of mankind.
I know many of you out there will be of like mind. My gift to the world is my love of poetry and dogs. I am a supporter only to those animal homes which home an animal for life and have an absolutely no kill policy.
