Mrs Eileen Daisy Polley, My Nan
This book has been dedicated to my Grandmother, Mrs Eileen Daisy Polley(pictured) born in London, UK on 18.10.1918 and in time for her 90th Birthday! Without her my world would be completely empty and she deserves so much. We both have a missing link between us, my mother - her daughter, taken from us by humanity without compensation due to Asbestos! My Nan is a real London Lady and looks so grand and is so grand! The first hardback copy off the press was presented to her in 2009.

In life we tend not to appreciate what we have while we have it. When its gone and too late we realise how special someone was to us and how much they meant to us. We are often saddened we never told the person how much they were loved. I am a believer in not waisting time, not a single second in letting that person know how much you care about them and how much they mean to you. Life is short and it can be taken away at any moment. Life is so precious and extremely miraculous! We all need to love and cherish more. You may find these thoughts in much of my poetic writing. I believe I have let my Grandmother know just how much she means to me and always will! Often its the case a dedication occurs to those that are deceased. I wanted to ensure a dedication occurred for my Grandmother while she was alive and knew about it! I love her dearly!
